How many people can go on a charter at a time?

We prefer 1-4 people, and the base rate is based on these numbers. We can accommodate up to 6 at an additional rate. We offer multiple boats for additional customers upon request.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

As we book quickly for the season, we recommend as far in advance as possible. We do have occasional cancellations. Please check with us for availability. A deposit is required to hold the date.

When is the charter season?

Our fishing charter season begins in April and ends in September. This is optimal for the species of fish available in Lake Ontario.

Do you offer overnight or extended stay accommodations?

We have a list of local cottages, B & B, Rental spaces etc.. that we can provide, however we do not make these reservations for you. You may wish to search local rentals through other services by finding locations near and/or on Sodus Bay, New York.

Are children allowed to come?

Children are welcome, but keep in mind that younger children may become uncomfortable in one area for extended periods of time.

Are there bathrooms onboard?

Yes, there is a bathroom onboard.

Do I need to bring my own bait, tackle, equipment?

We provide all required equipment, tackle and bait for the charter.

Do you offer fish cleaning?

We clean, filet and package your fish for transport (not for long term preservation). You will need to bring a cooler left in your vehicle (not needed on the boat)  with ice to transport your catch to your home.

Is there a cancellation policy?

There is a cancellation policy. We ask that if you need to cancel, do it 30-days prior to your charter for a full refund. If you cancel within the 30-day period, you forfeit your deposit. In inclement weather, the captain has the right to reschedule the charter to a later date.
